1.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR 3000TPD CEMENT PRODUCTION LINE
1.1  MAIN EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

1.1.1Crusher
 
  1. Feed size ≤1,200×1,200×1,500 mm. Double rotor hammer crusher with low specific power consumption and low wear rate. The hammers, liners and grates are made of strong and wear-resistant materials for a long service life, and the system is not susceptible to blockage.
 
  1. The crusher casing is made in open-up type for easy maintenance and repair.

1.1.2 Stacker and reclaimer
 
  1. Type of stacker: Cantilever side stacking type.
 
  1. Type of reclaimer: Bridge type reclaimer
 
  1. The stacker and reclaimer can wander smoothly. The speed regulated drive units are used for easy adjustment of the wandering speed.
 
  1. The stacking belt conveyor on the cantilever is equipped with reliable and flexible elevating unit for automatic adjustment of height of the belt end.
 
  1. The scraper of the reclaimer is made of high strength and wear-resistant material to ensure its long service life.

1.1.3 Raw mill
 
  1. The raw mill and its reducer will be manufactured in a third country.
 
  1. The appropriate type and size and required main motor power shall be decided according to the grindability test.
 
  1. The parts susceptible to wear in the mill such as casing liner, roller tyres, table liners, nozzle ring, roller shaft bushing, blades and shaft bushing etc. for separator will be made of wear resistant materials to ensure a long service life.
 
  1. The separator in the roller mill is equipped with flexible and reliable adjustment mechanism and drive unit. The separator is high in separation efficiency and low in pressure loss.
 
  1. The reducer roller mill is bevel gear planetary reducer. The reducer shall be equipped with central lubrication station with good sealing against oil leakage, and reliable in operation.
 
  1. The lubrication station of the reducer includes the oil pump and standby oil pump, oil cooler, oil heater, oil filter, flowmeter, overflow valve, shutoff valve, check valve, pressure relieve valve, thermometer, pressure gauge, oil level indicator, pipe fitting and the corresponding electrical control equipment etc..

1.1.4 High temperature fan
 
  1. The high temperature fan is good in reliability, high in efficiency, with flat performance curve and wide high efficiency zone. The working efficiency in normal operation is about 83%. The maximum exhaust gas temperature allowed is up to 350~400ºC (the peak temperature of ID fan is up to450ºC) for the high temperature fan.
 
  1. The casing of high temperature fan is neatly welded with good integrity and high strength, and is solid against deformation. The rotor of the fan is reasonably shaped, and is made of quality wear-resistant and high temperature resistant material. The rotor has to pass the nondestructive flaw detection test and the high precision dynamic and static balancing adjustment. The fan can run smoothly with low noise and low vibration and without any deformation after long-term operation.
 
  1. The fan is equipped with necessary lubrication, cooling, sealing, monitoring and protection devices. It includes the rotor, casing, inlet chamber, frame, bearing seat, coupling, lubrication unit, protection cover and foundation base plate including motor base plate, barring device, anchor bolts etc.


1.1.5  Rotary kiln
 
  1. The kiln outlet protection blocks will be made of wear-resistant and heat-resistant material, and will be easy for replacement and maintenance. The kiln inlet protection blocks will be of wear-resistant and heat-resistant material.
  2. The kiln inlet and outlet sealing devices will be designed to accommodate the radial and axial movement of the kiln. Several sealing types could be selected and lamella seals in kiln inlet and outlet are recognized and suggested.
  3. Kiln attachment and supporting parts:
  1. The kiln tyre is of normalized cast steel and of rectangular solid cross section.
  1. The supporting roller is of normalized cast steel and is hot assembled on the roller shaft.
  2. The bearing of the supporting roller are lubricated with oil spoons are cooled in the spherical bushing with cooling water.
  3. The bearing bushing of supporting roller is of aluminum bronze.
  4. The automatic monitoring system with indication is provided for bearing temperature monitoring.
  1. The rotary kiln is equipped with hydraulic thrust roller.
  1. The girth gear is of split normalized cast steel, and is connected with the kiln shell using tangential arranged spring plates.
  2. The pinion is of tempered steel forging, and the rolling bearing is adopted.
  3. The gear cover with labyrinth sealing is provided for the girth gear and pinion that will be lubricated with oil wheel.
d) The drive unit of the kiln covers the main motor, main reducer, pinion, auxiliary motor, auxiliary reducer, brake and clutch, couplings and coupling protection covers, bottom plate, anchor bolts and lubrication system. The main motor is DC speed regulated motor.
