Product Description

Jiangsu Pengfei Group manufactures the complete equipment of 1000tpd active lime production line process, carry on the design of process proposal about the three main machine equipments as rotary kiln, shaft pre0heater, shaft cooler and electric control system according to the requirements of the customers, and meanwhile supply the matched refractory materials.
Process: In the pre-heater limestone is heated into 900 degree Celsius or so by the 1150 degree smoke from kiln, and then is pushed into rotary kiln by the hydraulic push rod, Limestone is decomposed into CaO and CO2 after calcination in the rotary kiln. After decomposing created limestone enters into cooler, in the cooler is cooled into under100 degree Celsius and then is discharged by the cooling air. Through 600 degree Celsius heat air enters into kiln and mix and burn with the coal gas, waste gas will add cooling air and then through induced draft fan enter into bag filter, at last is discharged into chimney through exhaust fan. Limestone out from cooler is conveyed into limestone silo by vibrating feeder, chain bucket elevator, belt conveyor.
Shaft pre-heater and shaft cooler lime rotary kiln introduce and digest the active lime calcining equipments developed by the advance technology all over the world. The technical features of active lime production line:
Advanced structure, the shaft pre-heater efficiently improve pre-heating effect, through pre-heating limestone decomposing rate fed into kiln can reach 20-25%, can directly use 10-15mm fine-graded limestone.
Two ends of rotary kiln adopt combined type flake sealing, air leakage factor is less than 10% reduces radiation heat loss.
3. Round or square shaft cooler, makes lime temperature from cooler is 800C+ambient temperature, convenient for transportation, storage, it can pre-heat the secondary air fed into kiln to above 7000C, reduces movable parts and special materials.
