Product Description
The lime production line process includes: crushing system, conveying and calcination system, coal powder prepration system, sealing system and automatic control system.
1. The crushing system is: The block limestone will be crushed to 20-50mm granule and it is stored in the limestone pile yard.
2. Conveying and calcination system: In the pile yard the limestone is fed into the calcination system by the feeding, that means the limestone is conveyed into the preheater by the belt conveyor and bucket elevator. In the preheater the temperature can reach 1100 degrees or so, at here 30% limestone is decomposed into the quicklime, and then in the preheater by the push head it is convyed into the rotary kiln, in the rotary kiln the temperature can reach 1250 degrees, the remain limestone is decomposed into the lime. The quicklime out from the rotary kiln it is fed into the cooler.
3. Coal powder preparation system:
In the production the needed fuel is coal and after through the powder preparation system it is fed into the rotary kiln by the burner and then supply the needed heat source.
4. Sealing system:
Of course in the production process it is the seal.
