Product use:
PF series flip-flow screen is a hi-efficiency equipment specialized in sieving medium and fine grained, hydrous and sticky feed by dry process. It's also widely used to classify and screen the feed in industrial process systems like mine, metallurgy, coal, building material, chemistry, etc.
Screening theory:
Technical theory is that a drive in the screening device can produce dual vibration. In the course of screening food, high accelerated speed can be obtained by operating tensioned and loose mesh(this high accelerated speed can make the material to be sieved completely loose and quickly detached) , in order to achieve the result of high-efficiency sieving.

High availability: Flip-flow screen can sieve the high moisture content materials by dry process; Mesh is made of stretchy PU; Sieve plate has good antiwear performance, can be replaced conveniently and not be blocked.
