PFG ROLLER PRESS
The PFG series roller press, developed and manufactured by Jiangsu Pengfei Group, represents a new generation of grinding equipment widely utilized in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, and mining. This advanced system enhances the production capacity of ball mill systems by 30% to 70% while reducing overall energy consumption by 20% to 50%. Furthermore, the implementation of the PFG roller press offers additional advantages, including reduced capital investment, minimized floor space requirements, simplified maintenance procedures, and significant decreases in both dust and noise pollution levels.
Main advantage of our roller press
"PFG" roller press is a new type of energy-saving cement grinding equipment. It adopts the layer grinding technology and is composed of a roller press, dispersion, classification, drying and powder selection in one grinding system. It can be combined with ball mills to form various process flows, such as pre-grinding, mixed grinding, semi-finish grinding and finish grinding systems. Due to the change in grinding principle, the process technology of the roller press and its grinding system reduces power consumption by 50-100% and increases output by 100-300%. It is suitable for the grinding system transformation of new or old factories. After being squeezed, the material cake contains 20-35% of fine particles smaller than 0.08mm and 65-85% of particles smaller than 20mm. The internal structure of small particles is filled with many micro-cracks due to the squeezing, greatly improving the grindability.
