According to the different type the cement grinding process can be divided into open circuit and closed circuit system. During the grinding process the material is through the ball mill and then to be the finished product. It is the open circuit. When the material is out from the mill, the material is separated and then the fine product is finished products, the coarse powder part will return back to the mill for carrying out the grinding once again, it is called closed circuit. The open circuit system advantages are simple flow, little equipment, low investment, convenient operation, but it has some disadvantages as the following: low efficient grinding, high unit electricity consumption. The closed circuit advantages are as the following: it can largely reduce the over grinding, increases the mill output, reducing the electricity consumption, meanwhile the product size is even, The disadvantage is large investment.
