1, Design Basis
The technical proposal is based on the following presumed conditions.
1.1 Clinker Production Capacity
-- 2500 t/d of clinker (guarantee);
-- The foreseen cement production is 850,000 ton by year
-- No consideration of building again the same clinker production in the future
1.2 Type of Cement
Portland cement conforming to the specification GB175-99.
One type of cement will be produced:P.I. But the cement mill section will be taken into account for P.II. to be produced in future. Cement bin and cement silo for P.II. to be included.

1.4 Raw Materials
Raw Material:
Type: Alluvium/Limestone/
Marl/Iron ore
Moisture content for raw mix: 5 up to 7.5 %
Raw meal will be made from 4 raw materials, because we have not the chemical composition of the raw materials, so the raw materials processing system perhaps need to be adjusted in the next stage, but it has no influence to the main production line:
Alluvium:from plant quarry 1,and a preblending store is requested due to the variability of limestone
Limestone:from plant quarry 2,and the crusher is located within the plant,and a preblending is requested due to the variability of limestone
Marl:from plant quarry 3,and using the same crusher with the limestone,and a preblending is requested due to the variability of marl
Iron ore:external supply by trucks
Gypsum and future additive:external supply by trucks
After proportioning, the module of the clinker produced must conform to the following requirements:
-- KH=0.88~0.90
-- SM=2.3~2.6
-- IM=1.4~1.8
-- L.O.I of the raw meal=~35%
Gypsum: CaSO4 . 2H2O+CaSO4>70%
1.5 Power Supply
High voltage: 110/6.3kV
Low voltage: 380 V
Frequency: 50Hz
