2500t/d cement rotary kiln production line
Jiangsu pengfei group undertake the engineering project design of 2500t/d rotary kiln cement production line and delivery of complete equipments. The burning system of the production can produce 700, 000tons of clinker. The whole line can produce 800, 000tons of cement per year. The scope of the engineering design is from limestone crushing, raw fuel entering the plant to the delivery of the finished cement.
We carry out a detailed research on these fields: The proof of the technical program, the optimized of the technical process and the selection of the equipment function.
We adopt an advanced and dependable DSC control system and network technology, In order to achieve the purpose that the cement production is high efficiency, energy saving and optimized control, to maximum reduce the number of the operated workers and the costs of the production. The construction of the production need about 22 months.
The main technical economic indicators are as follows:
(1). Clinker production capacity: ≥ 2500t/d
(2). Clinker firing heat consumption: ≤ 3150kJ/kg
(3). Clinker power consumption(from the limestone stocker to top of the clinker store): ≤ 90kWh/t
(4). Clinker compressive strength of 28 days: ≥ 60MPA
(5). Concentration of the flour dust discharge(standards): ≤ 90mg/m3
