Open circuit grinding process flow: after the grinding the material will be products. the flow sheet is simple, equipment is littel, investment is low. But It is easy to happen the over grinding phenomonon.
Closed circuit grinding process flow sheet: After out from the mill the material will be through the separator to separate the product, the coarse powder will return back to mill to grind once again. the over grinding phenomonon will be reduced. It can improve the output, reduce the eneergy consumption, the final product fineness is easy to control. But the investment is lather and the operation and maintenace is much more complex.
