General introduction of rotary drum granulator

Rotary drum granulator is a kind of molding machine which can make materials into specific shape. The main working mode is wet granulation. Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer can be fully chemically reacted after being humidified in the cylinder. Under a certain liquid phase condition, with the help of the rotary movement of the cylinder, the extrusion force between the material particles can be produced to agglomerate into pellets. The barrel of the machine is lined with special rubber plate or acid resistant stainless steel plate, which realizes automatic scar removal and tumor removal and cancels the traditional scraper device. In the rotary drum granulator, steam, gas ammonia or phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphorus ammonia slurry and heavy calcium slurry are introduced into the granulator to complete the granulation process of chemical reaction and heat supply in the cylinder; or the cold granulation process of compound fertilizer with a small amount of water added. The materials to be granulated are rolled and rotated through the rotary movement of the cylinder, and agglomerated into balls under certain humidity and temperature, Complete the ball making process.
